Located within the Jurong Port FTZ, our team of Sales-Marketing and Customer Services staff works closely with Port Operations-Stevedores there to ensure seamless, timely and efficient deliveries.

Winstar Shipping provides a daily liner service for containerised and break-bulk cargoes with 3 sets of Tugs and Barges on a door-to-door basis between Singapore and Batam (a bonded economic zone in Indonesia). This includes handling, Customs brokerage, land trucking and auxiliary related services.

We transport both containerised and breakbulk cargoes. For difficult outsized and/or heavy equipment and materials, in support of these industries, this calls for special careful planning, execution and close follow up to satisfy our customers.

Over the years, we have established a good agency relationship with PT Winstar Logistik and PT Anchor Marine Services and work very closely with them in Batam.

PT Winstar Logistik our appointed agent is located in the main commercial district in Batam-Indonesia. Their Marketing/Sales, Customer Services-Documentation and Port Operations-Trucking teams work closely with us to ensure daily vessel operations at main port Batu Ampar and other locations. They operate 1 hectare of open yard and covered warehouse just 5 mins drive from Batu Ampar Port and several equipment. They handle our barges to and fro Jurong Port and PSA to Batam daily.

PT Anchor Marine Services, a licensed stevedoring agent, provides cargo receiving, and stevedoring work in the port and warehouse, executing efficiently and cost-effectively within Batam.
